Our Commitment
We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If something is wrong with your order, we want to make it right.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
- Your order arrived damaged or spoiled due to a packaging failure
- You received the wrong items
- Your order was lost in transit and not delivered
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items, or items returned simply due to a change of mind. All sales of food products are final unless there is a quality issue.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email with:
- Your order reference number
- A description of the issue
- Photos where applicable
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
